This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the t09n.com translation platform ("t09n," "the Platform") operated by LOCALIZATION LOUNGE. This AUP is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service and is legally binding on all users.

t09n provides professional translation technology — including a computer-assisted translation (CAT) editor, a proprietary automated translation system, translation memory, and quality assessment tools — to individual translators, translation agencies, and businesses. By using t09n, you agree to use the platform only for lawful, ethical, and constructive purposes.

Core Principle: Use t09n to facilitate legitimate human communication across languages. Do not use it to harm people, enable illegal activity, or undermine the integrity of translation as a profession.
